    1. Chickite Marinate

    Chickite intensifies the flavour, whitens the meat and helps with the holding time in a Vizu Humidified Holding Cabinet.

     

    Mixing a small amount of Chickite to chilled water (0 – 4°C) is all you need to do before adding your chicken pieces. After this, it takes around 4 hours to marinte, but is quicker if you use a Vizu Vacuum Tumbler.

    2. But-Mil Dip

    But-Mil Dip adds an irresistible creamy taste as well as making the breading adhere perfectly before and after cooking.

     

    Mixing with cold water is all that you need to do before coating marinated chicken right before lip licking breading is used.

     

    Application of coatings is made easier with the Vizu Breading range.
